Consultation on Consumer Standards

The Regulator of Social Housing is inviting feedback on their updated consumer standards for regulation.  Four new consumer standards have been drafted, along with a code of practice. The revised standards are expected to come into effect from April 2024. The standards include:

  1. The Safety and Quality Standard
  2. The Transparency, Influence, and Accountability Standard
  3. The Neighbourhood and Community Standard
  4. The Tenancy Standard. This consultation relating to the draft consumer standards is an important part of shaping how the sector is regulated in the future so take part and make your voice heard.
