Our history

Black and white photo of older man in glasses who founded the organisation We are a not for profit Housing Association providing high quality, affordable housing, support and care services for older people in Sussex.

The organisation was formed in 1946 by a group of local Seaford residents working in senior positions within health and housing, whose vision was to provide high quality accommodation and services to older people across Sussex.

This vision remains to this day, with our four care homes and 25 sheltered retirement and independent living schemes across the county, providing accommodation to around 800 residents.
