Sandra and Alina are ACE
Recognising when colleagues are ACE, when they Achieve Customer Excellence, is important. We like to say a big thank you and recognise their efforts.
We've recently awarded both Sandra, Administrator and Alina, Care Assistant who work at Saxonwood care home in Battle, an ACE award.
They were both nominated by residents, visitors and colleagues for their support to residents and amazing work.

Sandra said: "I received a box of chocolates, bottle of wine and was awarded a certificate. I wasn’t expecting to win, I was shocked but also delighted and a bit emotional at hearing the comments from everyone."
