Explore a rewarding career: care home recruitment open mornings
Our care homes in Haywards Heath, Battle and Crowborough will be opening their doors to the community for a friendly and informative recruitment open morning, giving visitors the chance to explore exciting career opportunities in the care sector.
We welcome anyone curious about working in care to come along and meet our dedicated team, including care assistants, ancillary staff and our HR team. Guests will have the opportunity to ask questions, learn about the roles and responsibilities of our team members and discover the rewarding nature of working in a care home environment.
Here are the events:
- Woodlands care home in Crowborough
Tuesday 21 October 2025, 10am to 12pm - Saxonwood care home in Battle
Wednesday 22 October 2025, 10am to 12pm - Oakwood Court care home in Haywards Heath
Thursday 23 October 2025, 10am to 12pm
Visitors will also be invited to meet residents and take part in a fun and informal craft activity, creating colourful Halloween themed decorations.
The morning event will also include a guided tour of the home to see the facilities firsthand, including the cosy communal lounges, activity areas, bedrooms and gardens.
Those who attend will also be able to find out about current job vacancies and how to apply, as well as work experience and volunteering opportunities.
