Our teams are ACE!
This month we’ve celebrated staff across our care homes who ‘Achieve Customer Excellence’ with our ACE Awards. Congratulations to everyone who was nominated by residents, visitors and colleagues.
Ben, Care Assistant at Woodlands had multiple nominations from his colleagues, he is a much appreciated member of the team.
At Saxonwood, Sally Ann, Care Assistant and Nickolaos, Kitchen Assistant won awards. Nominees said about Sally Ann…
‘She deserves it, she is a person who is coming up with good advice and helping out where needed’.
‘She is always willing to muck in and help’.
Nickolaos was recognised for being extremely helpful and cheerful.
Lastly, Agata, Care Assistant at Oakwood Court received the most nominations, here are some of the comments Agata received:

"Always greets us with a welcoming cheeriness and friendly manner"
“Agata is always kind and professional and interacts with residents very positively!”
There were many staff who received nominations, which just goes to show how great our teams are, and how they put residents at the heart of everything they do!
