Brighter Benefits for our employees

Sussex Housing & Care is pleased to announce a new Brighter Benefits platform for all employees, including a new employee support service and a suite of discounts for hundreds of retailers.

Discounts include; groceries, high street shops, leisure and fitness, holidays, days out, home improvements and restaurants - just to name a few!

Debbe Wordley, HR Manager welcomes this new platform and said: "Better benefits is something that has been mentioned in our staff surveys, so we are delighted to announce the launch of a new on line benefits platform for all staff alongside a new and improved Employee Assistance Programme - giving our teams independent support if they need it."

Employees will be able to sign into their account from any smart phone, computer or tablet.

With the ever increasing pressures at work and home, there are times when we all need some extra support to balance the demands of everyday life. Our new support programme enables staff to access professionally qualified counsellors and information specialists, who are experienced in helping people to deal with all kinds of practical and emotional issues such as wellbeing, family matters, relationships, debt management, workplace issues, and much more.

The service is free of our staff to use and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
