To mark International Older People’s Day on 1 October, Sussex Housing & Care is hosting a series of free community events throughout October, celebrating connection, wellbeing, learning and friendship in later life. You're welcome to join us.

Residents, families, friends and members of the local community are warmly invited to come along, meet others and enjoy a range of activities designed to inform, inspire and bring people together.

Whether you'd like practical advice on staying safe from scams, the opportunity to connect with others over coffee, or a chance to enjoy live music and movement, there's something for everyone.

Scam awareness talk with PCSO

Ageing without children coffee morning

Coffee morning with Sunshine Strummers

Enjoy a morning of music, refreshments and community spirit with the Sunshine Strummers, a ukulele group from Seaford who will be raising money for a local Alzheimer's charity.
