Julie is ACE
Julie Holmes, a Care Assistant at Ardath in Bexhill, has been awarded the first ACE award for achieving customer excellence. She was presented her certificate, with some chocolates and wine, in front of colleagues and residents at the home on Monday.
The ACE award is an internal award for 'Achieving Customer Excellence'. It's awarded every three months to our employees who have gone the extra mile and have delivered an excellent service.
Julie received nominations from her colleagues that said:
Always looking out for colleagues and never gets the recognition she deserves
Puts herself out to ensure residents are entertained in all aspects
For all the extra time she puts in for activities and wonderful ideas
Time she has given in making the home look nice
