Oakwood Court respite offer Terms and Conditions (T&C's)

  1. The offer is available for new respite care bookings made and commencing between 28 July 2026 and 30 September 2026, inclusive at Oakwood Court Care Home in Haywards Heath.
  2. Residents staying for three consecutive weeks will only be charged for two weeks of respite care. The third week will be provided free of charge.
  3. The offer applies to a maximum respite stay of three weeks per resident and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion or incentive.
  4. A resident is welcome to stay for a longer period of respite than three weeks and will be charged at the full respite rate for any subsequent weeks after their initial three week stay.
  5. Admission is subject to Sussex Housing & Care's usual pre-admission assessment process and confirmation that the care home can meet the prospective resident's needs.
  6. The offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to room availability.
  7. The offer applies to standard, medium and high respite care fees.
  8. Residents will receive the same high-quality care and services as all other residents, including accommodation, meals, refreshments, activities, housekeeping, laundry and 24-hour care support.
  9. The offer excludes any additional chargeable services, including but not limited to hairdressing, chiropody, newspapers, magazines, personal purchases and other optional extras.
  10. The offer has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for another service or discount.
  11. Sussex Housing & Care reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
  12. A respite feedback survey may be requested at the end of the stay to help us improve our services.
  13. If a resident chooses to become a permanent resident following their respite stay, Sussex Housing & Care's usual admissions and financial assessment procedures will apply.
