
We are looking for a x 2 friendly and caring Admin Assistants to help the Home Administrator in providing comprehensive administration support together with reception duties. You will be the first point of contact at the care home, ensuring that all visitors and callers are dealt with efficiently and professionally, handling telephone enquiries, taking messages, dealing with emails and correspondence. Assisting in maintaining homely environment to our residents.
Knowledge / Skills and Qualifications
At least 2 years experience in a receptionist, administrative or clerical position
Confident with IT with the ability to use computer software such as Microsoft Office Packages
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Highly organised and ability to prioritise workload
Good interpersonal skills, being able to maintain positive attitude and considerate approach to residents, their families and other Care Home visitors
Minimum GCSE or equivalent English and Math qualifications
Please note that this role will form part of a job share between x 2 people working a total of 35 hours per week. This will include some weekend working (on a rota basis) and flexible working opportunities will be considered.
