Saxonwood Activity Co-ordinator reaches care awards regional finals
We are absolutely delighted to announce that Jade Allcorn, Activity Co-ordinator at Saxonwood Care Home in Battle is a South East Regional Finalist in the Great British Care Awards.
Jade has been shortlisted for the Care Home Activity Organiser award which includes demonstrating she provides a ‘needs led’, varied and appropriate programme for care home residents, whilst showing exceptional skills, creativity and responsibilities in arranging activities either alone or together with a team.
On 12 October Jade met with judges remotely via video call for an interview to support her pledge to win the South East category. The winner will be announced at a grand event in Brighton on 6 November.
