    • view your rent or service charge statement
    • view your repairs history

How do I register for MyAccount?

If you are an existing Sussex Housing & Care resident you can register for an account with the below:

  • Email address 
  • Date of birth
  • Tenant key - you can find this on your rent statement. Alternatively please speak to your Scheme Manager or contact us. Please note that due to Data Protection regulations we are unable to inform you of your tenant key over the phone. The key will either be posted to your or passed to your Scheme Manager who will inform you in due course.

Who can use MyAccount?

Only residents of Sussex Housing & Care can register and use MyAccount

What information do I need to register for MyAccount?

You will need your:

  • Email address
  • Date of birth
  • Tenant key 

Where do I find my tenant key?

You can find this on your rent statement. If you are unsure please speak to your Scheme Manager or contact us.

How long should my password be?

Passwords should be at least 7 characters including a minimum of at least 1 upper case letter. It cannot be the same as your username.

Keep your password secure and ensure you log out of your account when you are using a shared computer.

What if I forget my password?

Go to the MyAccount login page and click on 'Forgot password', enter the email address you used to set up your account. An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to change your password. If you can't see the email in your inbox after a few minutes please check your spam or junk folder.
